The service

Prepline is operated by LightlySweetened LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”, “us”). Prepline generates study material (“packs”) from public sources using AI, and hosts a library of courses. Packs are for your personal use. Content is provided as-is: it is AI-generated from sources as of its build date, it may contain errors, and it does not guarantee any interview, exam or job outcome. Verify anything you will act on.

Independence

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company, certification body or publication named in packs or courses. Names and marks are used descriptively to identify the subject of the material.

Payments

Purchases are made from LightlySweetened LLC; Stripe processes payments and issues receipts. Pack purchases are one-time and include weekly refresh, once that feature launches, until the date you entered plus seven days. Pro subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel any time from your account and keep access until the end of the paid period. Everything you generated stays readable after cancellation. Refund requests within 14 days of a purchase are honored when a pack failed to generate or is materially defective; email support@prepline.ai.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate material about private individuals, to harass, or to resell packs. We may refuse or remove content that violates these terms or the law.

Corrections and takedowns

If material about you or your organization is inaccurate, email support@prepline.ai. We review within 48 hours.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be settled by email is brought in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
